Ottawa Therapy Dogs screens, evaluates and supports therapy dogs and their handlers. These amazing volunteer teams provide the healing benefits of therapy visits to those in need in local hospitals, schools, libraries, mental health centres and long-term care facilities. Every day these four-legged and two-legged volunteers visit people in need. They can have a profound therapeutic effect on the children, youth and seniors they visit. But they need your help.

Please be a Best Friend to a therapy dog.
