Ottawa Therapy Dogs is always on the look out for people, businesses and organizations who are interested in helping us with our work. Whether you would like to help us out just once or twice a year, or can take on a continuing role, OTD has something for you. OTD also welcomes pro bono and in-kind contributions in the form of goods and services, and is able to provide reciepts for tax purposes for donations valued at more than $100.
Volunteer Needs
Families with children to help out with our therapy dog evaluations and special R.E.A.D. program evaluations.
Writers and editors to help with communications products, such as OTD brochure
Service Needs
A print shop willing to give us a discount for printing brochures and/or photocopying information for members and prospective members, such as orientation handbooks.
Material Needs
A laser printer (to reduce our printing costs).
Dog-related door prizes for our AGM and other events.
