Directions to Low United Church

From Ottawa or Gatineau, take Highway 5 North (Autoroute de la Gatineau) to the end. (Follow signs for Maniwaki/RTE-105/La Pêche/Wakefield and at the end of # 5 (past Camp Fortune and Chelsea exits, close to 20 km), turn right and then at a traffic light at the Tullip Valley restaurant/motel, turn left.)

Turn left at RTE-105.  Take the Wakefield/La Pêche bypass, by staying straight past Wakefield, through a traffic light beside a Tigre Geant, up and down a hill until the road hits a T. Then turn right down the hill and then left at the lights back onto 105 north.

Continue on RTE-105 north (following Maniwaki signs) for 20 km to Lowe, passing through Alcove, Farrelton, Brennan’s Hill.

At the gaudy blue store/service station Depanneur 105, turn right on Martindale road. 

Follow for less than a kilometre. The Low United Church is on a hill on the left. Watch for the garden with the stained glass and the bench.
